Experienced Beauty Industry Veterans Jamezell Ottinger and Bill Pietraszuk Promoted

New York, NY (February 29, 2008) — NIOXIN® Research Laboratories, Inc. the leader in professional skincare for the scalp solutions and hairstyling products, announces the appointment of Jamezell Ottinger to Vice President of International Business and Bill Pietraszuk to National Accounts Sales Manager. Ottinger will be responsible for Global Brand development and distribution network development. Pietrazuk will help further enhance the image of one of the finest sales management organizations in the National Chain Salon Accounts.

Jamezell, a 32-year experienced veteran of the salon industry has served as the Vice president of Domestic Chain salon for Nioxin since 2002. Previous work for Nioxin included directing, planning and developing distribution networks for their multi-cultural division and Latin America.

Pietraszuk has over 25 years of beauty industry experience in salon operations for Supercuts and marketing for the Ratner Companies. Since 2001 he has been the Education Manager for National Accounts.
