2. For natural, untreated hair with progressed thinning, we recommend System Kit 2.
3. For damaged, dry, or colored treated hair with light thinning, we recommend System Kit 3.
4. For damaged, dry, or color treated hair with progressed thinning, we recommend System Kit 4.

We recommend using the complete system at least 3 times a week for visible results in 30 days.
