Lorraine Turvey

Lorraine Turvey is an experienced Trichologist RIT, educator and hair professional with over five decades of experience in hair and scalp health. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Trichologists and is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists.

With a BA teaching degree, Lorraine has combined clinical trichology with an extensive career in education, including developing apprenticeship programmes and building links between education and industry. Her professional experience also spans expert witness work, research and product development, where she applies her knowledge of hair and scalp science to the development of hair and scalp care regimes.

Lorraine is passionate about evidence-based trichology, professional education and raising standards across the hair and scalp sector.
